Comparing teacher and superintendent benefits

We want all of our parents and concerned community members to know that teachers want this contract settled even more than they do!

But what do we do when the administration and School Board do everything in their power to diminish the earnings of teachers?

Are you as tired as we are of seeing corporation CEO's earn millions a year and your earnings go down? How about having health insurance claims denied after all the premiums you've struggled to pay?

Well, here's an example of why we're so frustrated as professional educators.

Please compare the salary and benefits of our superintendent to what our teachers receive.

HEALTH INSURANCE: SUPERINTENDENT BROOKS-$1,977 / NAFC TEACHERS-Not available
●AUTOMOBILE: SUPERINTENDENT BROOKS-Provided / NAFC TEACHERS-None
●CELLULAR PHONE: SUPERINTENDENT BROOKS-Provided / NAFC TEACHERS-None

All we're asking is that the School Board provide the same care
to teachers that they obviously provide for Superintendent Brooks.

This is sad very sad, as if it were not for our excellent teachers Dr. Brooks would not have a job!
